Amplifiers

Car audio amplifiers are often misunderstood.

Power amplifiers don’t just give a sound system more potential volume. A power amplifiers’ main goal is to offer control. Control that effectively gives a speaker connected to it a far better dynamic range. The ability to make a speaker “burst into life” or “stop dead in its tracks” are two things that contribute enormously to sound quality and the dynamic response you expect to hear at a live venue. The subtleties of a woodwind instrument versus the dynamic “attack” of a drum kit can be resolved using a quality amplifier, lifting your enjoyment of the music you choose to listen to.

Exploria offer amplifiers from leading manufacturers such as Alpine, Focal, Kenwood and JL Audio. The amplifiers can be simple “two channel” systems offering higher power and better sound quality for front speakers or; “Four channel” offering a front and rear or front with subwoofer system. Then there is the flagship “five channel” system. This system offers audio reproduction to front and rear speakers while providing a dedicated subwoofer channel output for the ultimate in audio reproduction.

Choice and selection of amplifier can often be determined by location of install. We have various amplifier locations from behind dashboards, under seats, in roof linings to custom mountings in walls.
